WTM's programming from around the globe will be brought to Canadians in the form in which they were originally produced. WTM will not judge any particular items or perspectives on the basis of a foreign view, but will bring them directly to its audience. In some program formats the content will be placed in context by informed Canadian commentary.

WTM's format will neither distort nor interpret the original productions. Canadians will be provided with unfiltered access to the diversity of global views and interests.
