WTM will bring to its national audiences programs directly from their points of origin in the original format and in the original language. Through the use of state-of-the-art subtitling in both of Canada's official languages, WTM will provide access for all Canadians to a full view of the world — its peoples, their views of world and local events, their concerns and interests, their economies, business and politics, their festivals and films, their music, dance and comedy.
